Hi, I'm a mildly-new knitter and I've set my sights on a project that seems like a very duanting task at the moment. I want to knit a pair of initials into a scarf for one of my friends, but I have no idea how to proceed with doing so.

I was wondering if someone can tell me or point me towards a tutorial on how to knit letters into a scarf.

I don't mean to nag but i sent a note requesting to join a day or two ago, but i see it hasent been read.
I'm only mentioning it because i saw ~EdwardSissorhands has commented here to join ;)

There is currently nothing to do with either in my gallery, but i do knit & crochet, and have done since i was around 6. So i would like to join ;)
